Enjoy the 2024 summer season!
Our apartment is designed to stay in summer and winter, since it is fully equipped.
This year we have redecorated the living room and bedroom to give it a more modern and informal look.
The apartment is located in Son Blanc, ten minutes from the center of Ciutadella. Two minutes walk away you will find Sa Caleta, a family beach where you can enjoy beautiful sunrises and sunsets. You will like our space, with views of the pool, where you can enjoy relaxation and calm.
In the area, there is also a bike path and two minutes from the apartment there is access to the Camí de Cavalls if you prefer to take walks or excursions.
It is very well located and has no parking problems.
Space
50 square meter apartment with a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, ceramic hob, Nespresso coffee machine,…). The dining area has a 135 cm sofa bed and has direct access to the private garden overlooking the pool.
The garden has a large table with four chairs and two hammocks to enjoy at any time of the day.
The double room, also with views of the pool, has a two-meter closet and lots of light.
The apartment has Wi-Fi, a beach umbrella and a portable mini fridge to bring a snack to the beach.
We have beach towel service to make your trip to the Island more comfortable.
Services and common areas
The urbanization has a large swimming pool, with a children’s area, and a community paddle tennis court, in a garden where the little ones can enjoy.
There are no problems with parking as there is plenty of public parking in the area.

Can Enrique is located 950 meters from the Outer Port of Ciudadela and 47 km from Mahón airport.
Other notable aspects
The apartment is located 5 minutes walk from Sa Caleta Beach.
The location allows quick access to the beaches in the south of the island.
